Jenny Foo
Jenny Foo is our founder of the firm.
Jenny’s work experience of over 40 years, which includes the former Arthur Andersen, has given her vast expertise in audit assurance, business advisory, company secretarial, taxation, and compliance services. Being a motivated and driven person, Jenny started her own public accounting practice in her 20’s and was one of the few pioneers in having a practice then that provided services beyond accounting to include migration and insurance brokerage services. Jenny now invests most of her time fostering strong relationships with clients in McMillan Woods Australia’s Springvale office.
Jenny is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka and Malay.

Alice Wong
Alice Wong is our Managing Partner of the firm.
Alice has 20 years of work experience in the accounting industry, with a focus on high net wealth individuals and groups, complex structures, clients group of entities, as well as technical accounting, audit and taxation issues. She started her career in another Chartered Accounting firm before joining McMillan Woods Australia in 2003. Alice currently specialises in taxation and compliance, business and investment structuring, superannuation, as well as ATO audit reviews and investigations. In addition to client servicing, Alice establishes and maintains the quality control procedures in the firm, oversees the job flow management of the team, and ensures the efficiency of the firm’s business systems.
Alice can speak fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Kenny Hsu
Kenny Hsu is our General Manager of the firm.
Prior to joining McMillan Woods Australia in 2008, Kenny was working with an audit assurance firm in Hong Kong since 2006 where the majority of his work was related to performing audits on business accounts and reporting to the Hong Kong Government.
Since joining the firm, Kenny now focuses on providing business advisory services, problem solving of complex business issues and tax consultation. He assists clients with personal and business migration related accounts, ATO related audit reviews and investigations, as well as the implementation and maintenance of IT accounting software and business systems efficiency for our business clients. As the general manager, Kenny oversees the daily operation of the firm, along with the business development and promotion of the firm, as well as establishing the IT infrastructure and maintaining the computer network to ensure the safety and security of all our clients’ databases. He also provides training internally on IT related business systems, tax and accounting software, thus optimising the efficiency of our firm’s productivity.
Kenny is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.

Runny Kong
Runny Kong is our Assistant Manager of the firm, specialising in personal taxation.
Runny has over 8 years experience in the accounting field and a total of 13 years experience in the retail industry. The broad retail work experience she brings to the firm is remarkable, making her a good fit for the role of managing the firm’s administration and personnel. Runny manages the ASIC compliance work and specialises in personal tax returns, hence providing on the job development for junior staffs in this area. Runny’s professionalism, eye for detail, and her local knowledge and sound tax foundation ensures clients are provided with quality results.
Runny can speak fluently in English and Khmer.
